- As an Anaplan Model Builder, you will work with cross-functional team to build out and support Headcount & Benefits Planning processes in Anaplan
- Partner with the Project team to determine the efficiency of current processes, gaps in capabilities, areas of refinement and enhancement, and lead the buildout of new features
- Provide technical direction, architectural guidance, and best practices in the model building process in Anaplan
- Understanding of headcount planning business process knowledge and expertise to drive business process transformation
- Partners with Business Groups to ensure delivery of end-to-end business application solutions aligned to the business and IT strategy, as well as the support of those applications.
- It's a temporary role for 3 months and can be extended.
- Either India or Singapore locations work. The person can be remote.
Requirements:
- We can look for someone with 5 to 8 yrs overall experience. He should have 2-3 yrs of model-building experience.
- Functional experience in Finance and HR is desirable.
- Is recognized by senior managers as a skilled communicator, trusted to recognize and proactively manage key impacts and drive issue resolution·
- Demonstrates value from realized projectsSolution Design·
- Responsible to design strategic cross-functional and global solutions that align with long-term organizational goals and roadmaps·
- Technology Evaluation· Executes and guides large-scale vendor evaluations by BSA staff, vets recommendation and negotiation communications for executive review· Responsible for executive communications and cross-functional stakeholder buy-in· Brings thought leadership to influence technology roadmap and decisions
