Mindpool technologies are hiring for an Anaplan Model Developer in Pune.

Anaplan Model builder job description:

As an Anaplan Model Builder, you will work with cross-functional team to build out and support Headcount & Benefits Planning processes in Anaplan
Partner with the Project team to determine the efficiency of current processes, gaps in capabilities, areas of refinement and enhancement, and lead the buildout of new features
Provide technical direction, architectural guidance, and best practices in the model building process in Anaplan
Understanding of headcount planning business process knowledge and expertise to drive business process transformation
Partners with Business Groups to ensure delivery of end-to-end business application solutions aligned to the business and IT strategy, as well as the support of those applications.
It's a temporary role for 3 months and can be extended.
Either India or Singapore locations work. The person can be remote.

Requirements:

We can look for someone with 5 to 8 yrs overall experience. He should have 2-3 yrs of model-building experience.
Functional experience in Finance and HR is desirable.
Is recognized by senior managers as a skilled communicator, trusted to recognize and proactively manage key impacts and drive issue resolution·

Responsible to design strategic cross-functional and global solutions that align with long-term organizational goals and roadmaps·
