Mindpool Technologies is hiring for Group Manager for Software Engineering in Bangalore, Coimbatore, Pune, Hyderabad
Mandatory skill set:

- 12+ years of IT experience in managing Software Engineering teams.
- Prior work experience managing projects using Software Engineering.
- Hands own working experience in Configuration Management Tools like Clear case, SVN etc .
- Driving Associate engagement and related activities.
- Driving Competency strategy and development for the team.
- Driving Talent acquisition strategy for the department along with HR team.
- Excellent team handling skill including coaching, counselling, grooming, and appreciating; ability to handle Architects, Technical Leads, and Developers from different vendors.
- Excellent business communication and presentation skill.
- Good in on-time reporting and organization leadership.
- Proactive and enthusiastic mind-set.
Secondary skill set:
- Good Knowledge on Software Configuration Management principles, experience IT Infrastructure support, IT Operations management, client management .
- Innovation and Lean Process Driven.
Qualifications
- B.E. / B. Tech. or equivalent (full-time) from a reputed institution.
