Mindpool Technologies is hiring for Group Manager for Software Engineering in Bangalore, Coimbatore, Pune, Hyderabad

Mandatory skill set:
  • 12+ years of IT experience in managing Software Engineering teams. 
  • Prior work experience managing projects using Software Engineering.
  • Hands own working experience in Configuration Management Tools like Clear case, SVN etc  .
  • Driving Associate engagement and related activities.
  • Driving Competency strategy and development for the team.
  • Driving Talent acquisition strategy for the department along with HR team.
  • Excellent team handling skill including coaching, counselling, grooming, and appreciating; ability to handle Architects, Technical Leads, and Developers from different vendors.
  • Excellent business communication and presentation skill.
  • Good in on-time reporting and organization leadership.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic mind-set.

Secondary skill set:
  • Good Knowledge on Software Configuration Management principles, experience IT Infrastructure support, IT Operations management, client management .
  • Innovation and Lean Process Driven.

Qualifications
  •  B.E. / B. Tech. or equivalent (full-time) from a reputed institution.
