Sr.Operations Consultant

Experience - 5-7.5 yrs
Location - Pune

Responsibilities:

Data reporting and data analytics
Excellent SQL skills, proficient with stored procedures and functions.
Data warehouse maintenance
Use cutting edge technology and visualization tools like Power BI, Power Apps, Report Builder, etc. to
deliver ad-hoc requests.
Masters Service Now, organizational CRM tool.
Documents, highlights/escalates CRM/ITSM tool issues.
Knowledge transfer with other team members to improve overall team education level and productivity.
Ensure the quality of the deliverables as per the defined defects standards and excelling within that.
Customer focus and close alignment with the business objectives.
Actively participate in meetings and make valuable contribution.
Take complete ownership for the assigned task and timely inform the progress of the project / task to all stakeholders.
Has a keen desire to automate processes and generates new ideas.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5-6 years of experience working in an Analytics, Workforce Management, PMO team
environment.
Proficient in writing SQL stored procedures, functions in MS SQL Server.
Skilled in Data analytics using analytical and visualization tools – Power BI.
Skilled in Data warehouse maintenance.
Preferably a B. Tech in Computer Science/Information technology or an equivalent degree.
Service Now, Sales force knowledge preferable.
Hands on experience in developing MS SQL Integration Services (SSIS) packages.
Excellent communication skills.
Should be a collaborative team player.
